Had a lot of fun with this mix throwing some of the bigger sounding tunes in at the moment. There’s a bit of everything in this and the tempo is pushing. Nice funky start, building up to a pumping progressive, melodic trance crescendo. Some nice oldskool vocal samples to get you singing along. Tunes of note for me in this were Kashovski – Bad Man which has the subtle re-done stabs of Glam – Hells Party, which slides into the funky Rooleh – Look at That, slight nod to Doop and Dee-lite – Groove is in the Heart. Purple Disco Machine extended remix of YoYo is very well done and never fails to get the floor moving. Franky Rizardo extended remix of ‘make Me’, which is an excellent rework of Strike’s – U sure Do vocal that is just enough and removes the cheese of the original. Mix starts getting tougher now with a slight pinch of filth from Mau P – Beats for the Underground then elevated to full no holds barred filth from the Matroda Remix of Let’s Go Dancing. The afro-house vocals of Baiana break up the flow and give you a euphoric breather before descending into Charlotte de Witte’s rework of Push which really resonates with me with D’Shakes ‘Woah’ sample. Habitatt – Fly with Me keeps you in the groove and primes you superbly for the ‘Take Off’ courtesy of Armin van Buuren and the unmistakable HUGE sound of Artbat, this is Epic and make no mistake. I love the next transition into Ajna and Samm – Secundo, such a beautiful track. Thanks for having me once again. Please enjoy x
